New Day Realty Corp. is a real estate developer based in Iligan City with a mission of building livable and quality homes for all. Its current project is Tinago Bel-Air Subdivision, a residential area located in Sitio Mimbalot, Barangay Buru-un, Iligan City that promises "easy, breezy living" for its future residents due to its peaceful and serene location.

OUR STORY
New Day Realty Corp. (NDRC) was founded in 1992 by Mr. Henry T. Siao.
Fueled by his passion for real estate, he built Tinago New Day Homes (now renamed to Tinago Bel-Air) with the goal of providing affordable and durable homes to residents of Iligan City.
In 2019, Mr. Thomas Derrick P. Siao, the grandson, decided to carry the torch of continuing the operations of NDRC. He was interested in businesses that had huge potential, especially opportunities that involved being able to develop something into its maximum potential. That was when he saw the real estate business started by his grandfather as a big opportunity.
More than that, he wanted to provide a reason for the skilled and capable people to stay in Iligan City. He had observed that they were moving to other cities for better opportunities. So he figured he would start by providing them with good homes and creating more opportunities from there.
Having those motivations, he decided to continue what his grandfather had started.
Taking over the role, however, started as a challenge due to the lack of systems and well-structured processes in the company. Just like any other entrepreneur, he faced fears and doubts about possible failures.
Nevertheless, he embraced that fear. "There is always that constant fear of failure. But I see that as a good thing. It prevents me and the company from being complacent and helps me prepare for bad outcomes," he said.
With his diligence and leadership, he formed a team whose goals and interests were aligned with his. He created a purpose and vision for the company and developed a team that believed in such.
He, together with his well-equipped team, gradually built systems to improve the operations of the business.
Since then, the company has worked hard every day to fulfill the company's purpose – to enhance the lives of people by giving them what they dream of and deserve – and to achieve the company's vision – a world where everyone has access to homes they deserve and can call their own.
